Confidentiality And Sensitivity Above All

While we’re proud of the transformations we help create, most of the work we carry out is deeply personal and sensitive, which is why we don’t take photos or share images without the client’s permission and only then if it’s appropriate.
Whether it’s helping an individual with hoarding behaviours or managing biohazard cleaning, we maintain strict confidentiality. Our client’s peace of mind comes first, and we’re here to provide support without judgment — in an environment of complete trust and privacy.
For added discretion we do not use logo marked vehicles so your neighbours won’t know we are there unless you choose to tell them.

For those who want more than the basics, the Detail Up Club offers deeper, personalised cleaning (think skirting boards, cupboards, windowsills and more). But it’s not just about spotless homes each membership also helps fund support for someone in crisis.
